This policy describes how Spellwicks ("we", "us"), the store run by House of Wonders, collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from this store. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes some of this information on our behalf.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number and payment details. Payment details are processed by Shopify Payments or your chosen payment provider; we never see your full card number.
- Device information: browser type, IP address, time zone, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.
- Messages: anything you send us through the Contact page or by email.
How we use it
- To fulfil your order, process payment, arrange shipping and send order confirmations and tracking.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To screen orders for fraud.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- With your consent, to send marketing emails or texts. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the store: Shopify (which hosts the store and processes payments), shipping carriers and fulfilment partners (name, address and phone number only, so your parcel can be delivered), email and analytics providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google for measuring ads. We may also share information to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights. We don't sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and tracking pixels to keep your cart working, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising: use the Your Privacy Choices page. Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and marketing data until you unsubscribe.

To exercise these rights, email us or use the Contact page (details below). We may need to verify your identity first, and we'll respond within the time required by law. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

This store is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
International transfers
Our store is hosted in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
