Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you'd like to order from outside the US, reach us through the Contact page and we'll let you know when your country opens.

Cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every US order. No minimum.

How long it takes

Spellwicks ships direct from our supplier's warehouse overseas. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery then takes 10–20 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once your parcel ships. Tracking can pause for a few days while a parcel is in transit between countries; that's normal.

Holiday timing

Our Halloween sale pricing runs until October 31. Because delivery takes 10–20 days, orders placed after mid-October are unlikely to arrive before Halloween; they arrive in November, in good time for Christmas. For delivery before Christmas, order by December 1. We can't guarantee arrival before any holiday.

Customs and duties

You shouldn't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever requests a customs or handling charge, don't pay it: contact us with a photo of the notice and we'll resolve it.

Address changes

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. Once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or shows delivered but the parcel hasn't arrived, check with neighbours and your local carrier, then contact us and we'll investigate and send a replacement. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
