<p><em>Last updated: October 2026</em></p><h2>30-day money-back guarantee</h2><p>If Spellwicks doesn't make your room feel magical, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund of the product price.</p><h2>How to start a return</h2><ol><li>Message us through the <a href="/pages/contact">Contact page</a> or email <a href="mailto:shophouseofwonders@gmail.com">shophouseofwonders@gmail.com</a> with your order number and the reason for the return.</li><li>We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.</li><li>Pack the candles and wand in their original box and ship them back. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.</li></ol><h2>Condition</h2><p>Items should be returned complete (candles, wand, threads and hooks) and in resalable condition. Used hooks and threads are fine; we understand you may have tried it. Missing or broken components may reduce the refund.</p><h2>Refund timing</h2><p>Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.</p><h2>Damaged, defective or wrong items</h2><p>Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement first, or refund you in full if you prefer, and you won't need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.</p><h2>Exchanges</h2><p>We only sell one product, so exchanges work as a return and a new order.</p><h2>Cancellations</h2><p>Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't shipped. After that, use the return process above.</p>
