Please read them before buying.</p><h2>Who we are</h2><p>Spellwicks is an independent online store run by House of Wonders. Spellwicks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with any film, book, studio or trademark owner. Any references to magic, wizards or spells describe our product's theme only.</p><h2>Orders</h2><p>When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after payment, we refund it in full. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.</p><h2>Product</h2><p>Spellwicks floating candles are battery-powered LED decorations. They are not real candles and contain no flame. You choose a set of 10 or 12 candles; each set includes the candles, 1 wand remote, a matching number of adhesive ceiling hooks and clear hanging line. AAA batteries (one per candle and one for the wand) are not included. Images on this site show the product in styled settings; the room, furniture and other decor are not included. Some product and lifestyle imagery on this site is computer-generated.</p><h2>Safe use</h2><p>Hang the candles only from fixtures and surfaces that can bear their weight, using the included hooks on a clean, dry ceiling. Keep small parts and batteries away from children and pets. Don't modify the product or use it with batteries other than the type specified. We're not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use.</p><h2>Shipping, returns and refunds</h2><p>See our <a href="/pages/shipping-policy">Shipping policy</a> and <a href="/pages/refund-policy">Returns and refunds policy</a>, which form part of these terms. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas and typically arrive in 10–20 days.</p><h2>Content and intellectual property</h2><p>The Spellwicks name, logo, photos, videos and text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.</p><h2>User content</h2><p>If you tag us or send us photos or videos of your Spellwicks setup, you give us permission to repost them on our social channels and website with credit. Tell us at any time if you'd like one removed.</p><h2>Limitation of liability</h2><p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.</p><h2>Governing law</h2><p>These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.</p><h2>Changes</h2><p>We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.</p><h2>Contact</h2><p>Questions about these terms?
