Shipping policy

<p><em>Last updated: October 2026</em></p><h2>Where we ship</h2><p>We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you'd like to order from outside the US, reach us through the <a href="/pages/contact">Contact page</a> and we'll let you know when your country opens.</p><h2>Cost</h2><p>Standard tracked shipping is free on every US order. No minimum.</p><h2>How long it takes</h2><p>Spellwicks ships direct from our supplier's warehouse overseas. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery then takes 10–20 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link once your parcel ships. Tracking can pause for a few days while a parcel is in transit between countries; that's normal.</p><h2>Holiday cut-offs</h2><p>For the best chance of delivery before Halloween, order by October 12. For delivery before Christmas, order by December 1. Orders placed after a cut-off are welcome, but we can't guarantee arrival before the holiday.</p><h2>Customs and duties</h2><p>You shouldn't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier ever requests a customs or handling charge, don't pay it: contact us with a photo of the notice and we'll resolve it.</p><h2>Address changes</h2><p>Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address. Once a parcel has shipped we can't redirect it.</p><h2>Lost or damaged parcels</h2><p>If tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or shows delivered but the parcel hasn't arrived, check with neighbours and your local carrier, then contact us and we'll investigate and send a replacement.
